Our laser etched cuff bracelet is made from high-quality stainless steel and finished with 18K Gold, Rose Gold, or Silver plating. This bracelet is built to last. It will never fade, rust, tarnish, or corrode, ensuring you can enjoy it for years to come. We care about our customers' health, which is why our cuff bracelets are hypoallergenic and made from nickel-free materials. 

 

Fit

My wrists are very small/large, will the cuff bracelet fit?

Wooley & Co. cuff bracelets are fully adjustable and will fit most wrist sizes. They will not fall off if adjusted properly. Adjusting is very simple. With the bracelet off of your wrist, encircle one hand firmly over the edge on one end of the bracelet and make your adjustment by bending this portion of the bracelet. Bend gently and adjust a little each time. Do the same on the other side.

 

Orders


I made a mistake in the shipping address, can I change it?
Our warehouse takes pride in shipping items out as soon as possible. Many of the orders will be processed within 2 hours after you place the order. We are unable to make any changes once an order begins processing, but we do accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. 

Can I make a change to my order?
We do our best to process and ship orders quickly. Once the order is placed, unfortunately we cannot make any changes.

I've placed my order, when should I expect to receive it?
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. US orders take 4-8 business days for delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
We only offer US shipping currently but plan to open up to other markets soon.

Do you make custom bracelets?

Sales Tax

Do you charge sales tax?


We charge sales tax on most orders shipping within the US. Sales tax is automatically calculated by our shopping cart provider based on the recipient's zip code. 

 

Returns/Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my product?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at support@wooleycompany.com to arrange a return. We will send you a return form, as well as a return shipping address.

 

Items that arrive damaged must be reported within 5 days of arrival. Please provide a photo of the damaged item so we can confirm, and we'll be happy to send you a replacement.

Products are accepted for credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned with original packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will not receive a refund or store credit.

 We do not accept returns for discontinued items, or customized items. These items are final sale.
